• The movers were late but the hour was compensated which I appreciated. I also understand traveling by transit is not always reliable but communication could have been better. They were receptive to feedback and respectful when communicating. They were not as gentle with my belongings as I would I have liked and some of my pieces did receive scuffs or damage. With one drawer being completely broken, however, I can understand things will get banged up in a move. I would have appreciated more communication when smaller pieces were lost or any scuffs or bumps happened. However, they were efficient and was able move all of my furniture. I appreciate the help!

• Communication was great up until it was time to show up. Received multiple calls as late as 10pm the night before wanting to confirm the time we would arrive to the location but once I called to give the ETA it stopped, supposed to show up at 230pm and at 3pm they still weren't there and couldn't get through to find out what was happening, I was on hold with u haul when they showed up They stated traffic was the cause which I understand it happens but a call would have been appreciated Overall experience was ok. They started off strong but fell short
