  • The movers arrived with virtually no tools or professional moving equipment, only a hammer and Phillips screwdriver. Despite me clearly explaining before booking that I had a large, wide refrigerator requiring experienced movers, they came without a dolly, moving blankets, straps, or the proper equipment. They appeared inexperienced and, during the attempted move, my walls were damaged and the refrigerator was scratched. The company’s owner also promised to personally come and assist but never showed up. I was additionally charged for an extra hour, even though some of my paid time was wasted while the movers smoked before starting. I will not recommend this company. One employee was helpful and willing to listen, but the lead mover was unwilling to properly handle the refrigerator despite being informed about its size and weight beforehand. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

  • Kashane was a great communicator up front. Confirmed times and job promptly. Morning of the move we were suppose to meet at 7a. At 6a he delayed to 8. At 730 delayed to 930. At 933 got a text they were just leaving and would be there at 1015. They got there and worked deligently. Loading the truck I wish the took a little more care but were quick. The unload in my new house left very little to be happy with. They damaged my brand new floor in three areas. Put scuffs and dents into multiple doors and walls. They damaged my leather couch. They damaged my sectional couch. They set a couch down on a bamboo plant breaking. They were rude about me asking them to put heavy things in the basement. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. I now have to file claims with U-Haul to attempt to get the damages they caused and acknowledged repaired as their solution was put sticker on it. Not a moving company, I would compare them to bulls in a china shop.

    There is always two sides of a story and some of these things are not true. We showed respect the whole time we work, because you even gave me a hand shake afterwards. I told you exact what happened and we still showed up, some mover dont even show up or tell you nothing at all. Some of the damages did not happen from us, so thats not true neither. But you can do what you need to sir, we will still stand regardless, we appreciate you using us and hope you have a good one.
