• They were careless with my items, stating I should’ve told them the value of things which would determine how they treat my property. They damaged a dresser that’s less than two months old and an office chair that’s only three months old. They sat heavy boxes on top of two, custom leather chairs and made the excuse that they had no other way on doing it and I should’ve told them they were expensive. They attempted to drag my velvet sofa up the stairs, despite me asking them to be careful with it. I had to stepping and help them get it up properly because of their lack of experience and care. They gave me issues about time, only for me to come down stairs at the 3rd hour (booked for 4) to find half of my belongings sitting in the lobby of the building I moved out of and then snacking on food from the market. I would not recommend them to anyone else due to their carelessness of others property and lack of professionalism.
