  I needed to switch movers because the original company I booked was having some mechanical issues with one of their vehicles and I was in time crunch. I contacted Big C’s and received a return phone call within minutes; described the scope of the job and they were able to get to me on the same day. Caesar was very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of weight limits, etc. for my U boxes. I originally thought I would need one U-Box, however I needed a second and they were able to get it to me the next day and complete the job. Great service all around, flexible and would recommend to anyone seeking a moving professional in the Chicago area.

  I won’t lie, my move started out very stressful! I thought when I booked that I was booking movers with a truck instead of just labor only. But honestly I blame U-Haul over the company for not being more specific with those things before and during the booking process. Even though I wasn’t expecting to have to book a U-Haul right then and there, the movers were respectful and patient. I booked a 2 hour service and that got done in under that time. Nelson and Marvin are true treasures and really know what they’re doing! They packed everything up very swiftly and correctly without damaging anything and the unload was just as smooth, if not smoother than the loading. They placed everything in all the ways I requested and even made great suggestions for the storage unit too. Overall, even though the beginning of the day and process was very tedious and frustrating, the service definitely made up for it in the end. Throughout all that I went through, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!
