The guys did not know how to pack a truck, there was so much unused space that it forced us to make 2 trips. They did not know how to use an appliance dolly. They forced our refrigerator out the door which scratched the front of our appliance. They also, did not read the boxes which were labeled where they needed to go during the unload. They were nice guys and I did tip them both $25 each in cash because it was hot and we did have a lot of stuff but overall, they were either new or are not used to moving professionally. I mean its common sense to do out a door and down the steps appliance first and not dolly operator first. That refrigerator would have crushed him if I did not catch him.
