Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The team showed up on time and ready to get to work. They did a great job preparing and handling my furniture on and off the truck. No complaints. Very professional, friendly and hard workers. Don’t think about it anymore. Hire these guys if you need the help. I will again.
Arrived 40 minutes late, we had to extend due to it taking longer than expected, and they said we had to pay them $200 cash for an additional 2 hours even though they were late in the first place and were there for less than 3 hours total. We appreciate their hard work but it was overall a very unpleasant and stressful experience and they didn’t make us feel very good about the process and everyone who was there agreed that it definitely could’ve been more efficient. They weren’t able to get the small couch in and they tried once and then laughed at us but after they left my landlord and dad got it in easily so overall just a very weird and disappointing experience.
