Our local helpers have been helping people move since 2002.
Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
There seemed to be a disconnect between the crew and the owner, which slowed things down a bit. Additionally had a small hiccup finding our truck amongst the others on our street of complexes, which delayed our start a bit. But once we connected, they got right to work. Tony and his partner were extremely respectful, kind and efficient. As with many moves, one piece of furniture did have some damage, and I was able to work with their boss to work that out.
Great experience working with them. Communication throughout was up to date.
The movers were very hardworking and friendly. They took directions and were flexible as needed. My only comment is that no one confirmed the meet-up location with me, so the movers showed up at the wrong address at the designated time. Other than that, I was pleased with the services.
