Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
This was the second time I’ve used luxury movers and they didn’t disappoint . They were kind, careful and most importantly professional. I was impressed with their ability to carefully remove my items and to then pack it all perfectly. Definitely will use them again 100 percent
U-Haul let us book a UBox for a day it couldn’t actually be delivered. We only found out the morning of, when they called to say they had a 'meeting' and couldn’t deliver that day - or the next. (Maybe update your website so people don’t plan entire moves around imaginary delivery dates?) Our move was time-sensitive, and we needed the box right away. We ended up hiring Marcus from MEM Courier LLC to pick up our UBox and return it the next morning. He was incredible! On time, professional, and the only reason this disaster didn’t spiral completely. Thanks to Marcus, we got the box the same day, packed it, and he came back the next morning to return it to U-Haul. While I could have done without the stress and last-minute scramble, Marcus saved the day with his help and calm attitude.
