  • I chose this company because of their good rating, but my experience was very disappointing. I booked two helpers for four hours. Everything was already packed and ready, with no appliances. They arrived 30 minutes late and only brought a dolly, no straps or proper equipment. One person who seemed like the supervisor left after 30 minutes, and the remaining workers moved very slowly. The job took six hours instead of four, and I was charged 160 for two extra hours. I had to supervise them the whole time, even standing outside in -20 C to make sure they didn’t waste time or damage my belongings. I would not recommend their services.

    Sorry for your experience. It was a 2 movers booking , still 3rd person helped you cause it was freezing cold -20. Your building management allowed 2 moves ( your and your neighbour) in 1 elevator at same time, which made move so complex. According to U-haul moving help policy movers are not responsible for moving supplies, still our movers brought a dolly , straps and few blankets in their car. Thanks
