We had thorough communication from Southern Oak before our move, even when we booked them last-minute! Then we had a schedule mixup on our end, and they were at our new home and ready to move before we were, which was completely our fault, and they were super gracious about it. We also moved to a rural area and they had no issues with coming out there. If you have a move planned, I highly recommend using Southern Oak movers for it. Overall great experience, they moved quickly and carefully.
