Communication was really bad. They were an hour and a half late. They did stay until the job was done, but then charged me an extra hour without informing me until after the fact. They were a little rougher on my things than other movers I have used. At the end of the day, in Chattanooga, they were the cheapest, but the same price in NC got me the best movers I've ever had a day prior (a different company).

My house was a new construction and it was off in a place that wasn't on GPS. The movers contacted me numerous times to ensure they were on the right path to my house. When they got there they were professional, pleasant, and hard workers. They accomplished the task of taking my belongings of one flight of stairs from the U-Haul and did it all in less than 45 minutes. It was an exceptional two men that if I were anyone out there again I would look forward to working with.
