  • Absolutely Disgusting Experience Movers & U-Haul Both Failed Sticky Gloves Movers, hired through U-Hauls Moving Help Service, were an absolute disgrace. They never showed up on moving day, never called, never texted, completely vanished. Nia, the so-called contact, ignored every call and message. To make it worse, U-Haul Moving Help Service was just as useless. We were stuck on the phone with them for over two hours and got zero help, zero accountability, and zero resolution. Both the movers and U-Haul abandoned us. We ended up doing the entire move ourselves — just three people, including my wife who already had health issues. The stress, exhaustion, and frustration caused by this fiasco were unbelievable. This was not just bad service. It was no service, no integrity, and no responsibility. Sticky Gloves Movers are a scam, and U-Haul Moving Help platform is a joke for enabling them. Disgusted and furious , stay far, far away

    So sorry about your experience with moving help and our company you booked with us and asked to reschedule last minute. I let you know to contact Moving help for an cancellation due to it being no slots available for the day you wanted to reschedule for I usually help my customers out the best I can to fit them into the schedule for last minute reschedules but for this particular day, we already had four jobs and it was impossible to fit you in for your desire time so once again, I asked you to contact moving help to receive new movers. whatever happened from there I am unsure of throughout the day me and my team are busy working hard and satisfying urgent customers and it can be a little of a delay with us getting back to you because of that. I replied to your message and received no response. Im sorry again for the inconvenience and experience.
