  • Excellent in all areas. Kalik (Autokraftes owner) communicated with us early and often prior to and during the move. There was rain during the scheduled unloading; Kalik delayed the start time to make things easier for us. He and Edward (his helper) asked where items belonged, etc. There was constant dialogue, which saved time and confusion. Kalik kept us informed on any potential time overages or adjustments and fully explained the cause. He offered suggestions regarding placement of boxes and other items but let us decide. He was very open and honest throughout the unloading process. Kalik did everything we asked of him and everything he said he would do. Kalik and Edward were extremely friendly while always remaining professional in our conversations. The worked hard, fast and smart. I will definitely call Kalik with any future moving, loading or unloading needs. Autokraftes gets a 5+ star recommendation from me.
