Our local helpers have been helping people move since 2002.
Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They immediately communicated with me and stayed in communication until the job was complete. They showed up early and were very efficient and consistently asked if we needed anything else. Easily the best movers I’ve had! They also have female movers, which is really nice for safety if that’s important to you!!
The movers that showed up were inadequate to the job, scratched floors and walls, showed a general disregard for the furniture they were moving, and repeatedly had to request assistance from us with moving furniture, due to the one movers being in particularly unprofessional and not up to the task.
I hadn’t realized I reserved the service for Tuesday instead of Monday. When Top Source pointed out the mistake, they offered to accommodate a same-day change for a $100 fee. They had people over Monday evening who completed the job quickly, allowing us to hit the road that same day and stay on schedule. We really appreciated their flexibility and efficiency.
