  • Stop reading and just hire them already. Third time using U-Haul moving help- These guys are completely dedicated to the job. They let me know when they were running a little bit behind (delays happen- I always get the truck for a day anyhow) Kaytlin kept me posted and checked in with me every step of the way. Jamal Lifted the heaviest stuff own- didn’t even blink, The Forman did some serious truck Tetris along with the other gentleman (I’m bad with names) and moved it all down a hallway that was three sizes too small into my new place. Do not hesitate. Don’t second guess them- I’m glad I didn’t. This move was sudden- my complex decided to renovate and push us all out over the holidays after five years. These guys are a godsend. Hit the button already- you will not regret it.

  • Choose a better company. Movers stacked an oil filled space heater sideways, which would have leaked onto the couch. The last eighth of the pod had to be repacked in order to add straps and remove the cones which are customarily used to block spaces for the pod truck. The foreman was a jerk through and through, but his helper who was 7 foot tall and wearing a basketball themed Santa hat was a Jolly Professional.

    Well John I explained to you that you were not to help the movers and play foreman for the day and you did not listen. The crew had to UNDO all of what you did to fit everything in the pod. The foreman did not like your attitude and the illegal drugs in your house and asked you to cancel but you BEGGED them to stay like a helpless child. 70 percent of the items were unpacked and things with oil should have never been loaded anyway. The last part of the pod were all the items they said they could not take that you started bringing down and piling at their feet. Your were a text book awful Manchester NH customer that book the lowest rate company and expected the most for less.
