Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Communication from the company was excellent, but unfortunately, the helpers who showed up were unprepared and did not work with a sense of urgency. Moreover, they did not reassemble any of the furniture that had been disassembled in the loading of the truck.
They crew showed up early, helped me move from a 2 bedroom home quickly, unloaded my stuff very carefully and did not complain about the rain they had to deal with. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them!
I was extremely happy that I chose Moove and Groove to help load our apartment into a 20' truck. They did an exceptional job, took great care of all our items and boxes and packed the truck really well both making sure everything fit, and also keeping everything safe and secure to prevent damage while driving and unloading.
