  • They arrived around 40 minutes late (in spite of repeated communications saying they would be arriving very soon), and were not very communicative throughout the process. Additionally, they did not show respect for our things, including leaving them sitting out in the rain until being asked to please move them into the truck. We had tie-down ropes, furniture blankets, and other resources available and told them we wanted them used, but kept having to stop them repeatedly to request for things to be wrapped and treated in ways that they would not break or be damaged.

    We have been doing this a longtime. The things that they wanted wrapped were very unnecessary. We left the things outside because they requested we leave them there. She was very disrespectful throughout the process and we remained cool-headed and calm in spite of the awful treatment we received. We were told certain things would not be moved and then she was upset when we didn't have room for them. We made room for them and we're still treated poorly. We went above and beyond and treated them and their items with respect. As we do with all of our customers. The reviews other than this prove that. We did a great job in spite of the poor treatment we received.
