Damaged my 85in TV. Hired for packing services and put wine cups at the bottom of the box, filled totes where lids didn’t even close, etc. Very friendly, but handling of damaged items was ignored and never once did they say I’m sorry.
This experience was beyond dissatisfied. From the time that they started working, they were RUSHING through the work, even though I had pre-paid for Three hours. They did not listen to our instructions, They loaded items that were not to be loaded, even though I provided moving blankets and bands to secure them, the wooden furniture was not covered or protected. A smart TV was just laid on top of boxes completely exposed even though the original TV box was provided. One helper was very annoyed at any impute or change I or my wife made. This interaction was very unprofessional and upsetting. I am a disabled U.S. Army Special Forces Veteran, confined to a wheelchair. I hired this company to do what I cannot, they had different plans. DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY!
