  • The two guys who came to help were great, but the boss or manager changed the start time from 0800 to 1500 without me knowing until the day of, there was also some miscommunication about the amount of hours and people which falls back on uhauls bad interface.

  • I had a hard time communicating with the movers. Only one spoke English. I am not sure how experienced they were but they completely damaged my $100 metal shelf, and I asked several times for them to move a mini fridge and nightstand downstairs and they never did. I felt there was a lot of wasted time. Like trying to carry too much instead of just taking 2 trips. They were very rough with my 57 year old dresser. Trying to shove the drawers back in when they weren't even on the track. I don't understand people that don't value other people's items.
