• The movers arrived late and were very slow to start the job. However, eventually they did start and did a good job for the most part. They loaded all of my items into the U-Haul and packed them very well with straps. There was 1 item that I feel like they could have done a better job with. My headboard is beige and I was going to wrap it with cling film or a furniture pad; they told me to stop and that they would do it. They ended up not wrapping it and now my headboard looks like it was used as a mop for the interior of the U-Haul. It’s all black on the bottom. There were 3 people altogether. One was the ‘leader’, the other one was the ‘organizer’ and the last one was the ‘carrier’. This feels a little unbalanced since there were times when the leader was making small talk with me, the organizer was waiting for items to arrive in the truck and the carrier was the only person doing the job. Overall, they job got done, so I am happy but I can’t say that I would use them again.
