    PAID $285 FOR MOVE WHICH I THOUGHT INCLUDED A TRUCK, CHARGED FOR 3RD FLIGHT OF STAIRS AND ONLY HAD 2. THE MAN WAS NICE BUT HIS HELPER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ASK ME TO GO TO THE STORE TO BUY HIM WATER THEN ASK ME FOR A RIDE HOME AND ASK MY DAUGHTER FOR $1.00 FOR THE BUS. HE ARGUED THE ENTIRE TIME. SAID THE MOVER BROKE MY BED FRAME. THERE WAS CONFUSION WITH THE STORAGE UNIT AND INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR THE UNIT THEY UNLOADED EVERYTHING OUT FRONT AND HAD TO USE STAIRS TO GET TO UNIT. WHICH CAUSED THEM TO GO OVER THE 2 HOUR PAID PERIOD BY 15 MIN. ADDITIONALLY HE HAD ME TO CASH APP HIM $250 WHICH DID INCLUDE $15 FOR A LOCK. SO I PAID $520 FOR A BEDROOM MOVE ONLY. THIS WAS VERY UNEXPECTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL MOVE.
