  • Communication was fine, but they did call me a day earlier thinking it was the move day. The day of, they were over an hour late even though they did communicate with me. They both seemed inexperienced, but were friendly and professional for the most part. They did rip the bottom of my barely six-month-old birch white couch and have black marks of damage on the sides of the couch as well. They apologized and refunded the handling fee which was $4.95. I tried to email Omar because I don’t think that I should pay full price for damage on my couch which I got no response. I would not use them again and would not recommend.
