• Initial communication was positive and clear, but on the day of the move, the team was an hour late and they could not be reached during that time. Before the move, I shared that I had antiques and care was needed. I provided moving blankets and wrap, but they were not used. Items were severely damaged during the move that will cost hundreds to repair, including an antique table that I was told would not have any heavy items put on top of it. During the move, items were knocked over, including the flat screen tv.

  Well Mr. Jennings I apologize for the experience that you had that day. Our team does not wrap over cover items unless it is mentioned prior which that never was mentioned. Once the move was over you gave us a tip and expressed how happy you where because you didn't know if everything would and now we are receiving a negative review. Again we apologize for the problems you encountered and I wish it was mentioned the day of so we could've fixed the problem then. Thanks for the opportunity God
