• It was the worst move I've ever experienced and I would definitely not be recommending them ever. One of the movers, I believe his name to be Bentley, called about an hour before their arrival. He called to tell me about their ETA, and subtly implied I consider tipping them because their might be rain. This I believe was very unprofessional and when they arrived, I told them my wife was on they way with the moving truck from UHAUL. They told my wife they could not move any large items unless it was uninstalled or taken apart. They took about 20 minutes going over their movement policy with my wife before proceeding to move just the boxed items and my wife told them she was going to try and take the beds apart herself till I arrived with a coworker and we quickly took apart the 3 beds in the house, Next they told me the washer and dryer were too heavy for them to move in spite of the fact that I had 2 appliance dollies in the truck along with moving straps. I found out they broke my TV

  Hi Abdulhafiz, Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few details regarding your move. Our movers called at 730 AM with an ETA of 830 AM and arrived promptly at 825 AM. The moving truck did not arrive until 900 AM, and our crew provided a 30-minute grace period while waiting. Due to rain and a wet loading ramp, our movers discussed a possible delay for safety reasons but still proceeded and loaded everything that would fit on the truck without additional charges. Our crew also disconnected and loaded both the washer and dryer, including a washer weighing approximately 330 pounds. Items over 275 pounds and appliance disconnection are not included in our standard labor service and were completed as a courtesy. Per the U-Haul Moving Help agreement, furniture should be disassembled before arrival. The crew worked from 900 AM until 1132 AM, but you were only charged for the 2-hour order booked. We appreciate the opportunity to provide service.

• Booked last minute late and they responded within 2 hrs and followed through with coming on time and very communicative! Paid for 2 hrs of unloading and they were done in 45min, would highly recommend!
