  • There were a few incidents in the mix of the young guys moving our things. First place a lot of paint was pulled off the walls from the furniture being dragged against it. Every side of the mattresses are dirty, because the covers were not used and they dragged them against the ground. The Velvet bed frame also was dragged against the ground, so pieces are chipped off in a few areas. At the new place I did inform them that it can not be damaged and to please be extra careful and Justin did just that. But the other two guys were a bit careless and scuffed a few of the walls from hitting it. At the end when we went to pay them with the code, there was shattered glass in the moving truck. The glass from the Tv stand somehow ended up on the ground broken during moving process. It was already bad enough at the old place the other one fell off and chipped. They were also 4hrs late. I know they were young and doing their best so I give them that. But I won’t be booking again. Too many issues!

    Sorry for your experience but from our documents and understanding you had full knowledge of your items not being properly disassembled and did not inform us of needing any help to do so any furniture or mattresses moved were in exactly same condition as they were before we moved it I understand the frustration but we do not poorly move things and the customer had full knowledge of whatever needed to be roughed through walls etc to get out of the house once again apologize for the inconvenience hope everything stays well we will not accept any bookings from customer due to any alleged problems that were resolved and understood before workers left the premises Thank You for booking with us Stay blessed
