I believe Bernard really meant to do well, but I wasn't happy with the service. I think there was a lot of miscommunication on expectations, starting with Uhaul being almost a week late on delivery which affected the scheduling of workers. Several members of the team were not very helpful, and others were. I tipped them in cash.
