• Malcolm & Shawn were professional, communicated well and responded in timely manner to my many questions and concerns. They were competent and were very patient as we changed our minds on location of items several times. They were careful to protect our items and worked quickly, but carefully. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again for the remainder of my move.

• This was my second time hiring this company, but a different crew arrived compared to my initial experience. They were fast and efficient, though at times it felt like they were rushing, even though I had booked them for three hours. While we were making good progress, I would have preferred they slowed down slightly to prevent potential damage to personal items. I did have to ask them not to stack boxes higher than two, as the weight was beginning to crush the boxes on the bottom. Additionally, there was one item I specifically requested to be loaded last, but they took the initiative to move it earlier, which unfortunately resulted in damage to a side vent. Days before the move, I confirmed that they would have the necessary supplies, particularly loading straps for large appliances. However, they arrived without them. Overall, I would hire this company again, but I would specifically request the original crew from my first experience.
