• I hired this Moving Help provider through U-Haul, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During unloading, they used a dolly that caused permanent damage to my apartment’s vinyl flooring. The scuff marks stretch from the entryway through the living room, following the exact path they used to roll heavy tubs. I tried contacting the mover the same day, but got no response. I followed up again the next morning. He admitted to using the dolly in those areas but denied responsibility for the damage. The flooring is vinyl and may require full replacement due to how deep and widespread the marks are. He dismissed the issue, missed the follow-up visit, and eventually stopped responding altogether. Because my renters insurance does not cover this type of damage, I am now working directly with my landlord to resolve the issue and obtain a repair estimate. Use caution when booking, especially if you live in a rental or have vinyl floors. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

  Im sorry for your experience. We put the boxes and furniture in the living room like you asked us too. You said you would move it. Everything was fine , you tipped us. Next day you accuse us of scratching floor. I also did not admit to any damage, and you did not confirm a time for me to come look, because you were too busy. I have been in contact with you, over and over. I am trying to resolve this, and i dont even know if we did the damage. I think you dragged things around after we left and your trying to blame me. I am and will be in contact.
