  Unfortunately, they were 30 minutes late (to the 1 hour window they provided). They arrived without a dolley or any moving equipment. The boss called me to let me know he would bring them one, but by that point it was 30 minutes into the move. They told their boss this truck was bigger than what they are used to (16 foot truck) so it took longer than the originally scheduled time and had to add an additional hour. Part of the time, they were sitting down resting. It took them 3 hours to unload the truck while it took other movers 1.5 hours to load the truck. They completed the job therefore I will still give them 4 stars and the boss was very communicative, but multiple hiccups along the way.

  I used this company again because the guys from last year were so great and helpful. I needed help with my heavy stuff for another move this year, and while it got done, I didn't appreciate being asked to move half my stuff and being asked to help as much as I was just so I wouldn't be charged more when it wasn't even 3 hours worth of stuff. I feel like I wasted money if I was going to do as much work as I did. There was A LOT of complaining as well. Still gave them some extra money for their time, but it was not worth it this time. Also not sure why I was sent literal kids when I had mentioned the heavy stuff involved.

  Both Anthony and Gilbert were great - very professional, worked hard, respectful of the property, excellent communication, the load was stable and balanced, and arrived when scheduled.. Highly recommend this crew.
