• Comms & Professionalism - I was not clear if the moving help I booked would be present, as I reached out to them to make confirmations, and they did not; no message or call day-of to reassure me that I was on the docket as planned. But when they did show up, I was grateful! Handling - Work went as quickly as it could, so far as I can tell. They brought one hand truck, and handled most things with care. Damaged a couple of things, which was somewhat expected (see more below). Character - Good manners, good humor! As a smaller-sized, female-bodied person, I felt safe - there were zero moments of creepiness or concern for my safety. In both cases of damage, however, they made no mention of it happening, we discovered damage later. Cost - Price was on the lower end of average. Payment process went smoothly; no pushiness, just a couple of guys aiming to get paid fairly for their time and labor. Expectations - I'd say we got what we anticipated; would consider using them again.
