  • I made a request to meet at 10am but one day before the moving, they told me they will be here by 11.I accept it, but they ends up arrived at around 1pm, and I need keep sending message asking where they are and when they can arrive as we need to get all done before 2pm, it ends up we have no choice but start loading and unloading the furnitures ourselves, and they finally show up when we are in the 2nd round move. The things left are minimal so it takes them 40 minutes to move the very final things..and they still charge me 2 hours said it’s minimal.what a funny experience that I will never use them again.

  • Only thing I wish they did was use and wrap all my furniture, which my bed frame and washer got scratched. But otherwise, great experience.

    Hello sorry for inconvenience but you had a 26 ft truck with only 6 furniture pads how would we wrap more than the bedroom set you wanted wanted wrapped?
