• Great service. I would definitely use them again. There was only 1 mover so my daughter and her boyfriend ended up having to help move things. Overall great experience. My daughter was moving into her first apartment and didn't have a ton of stuff so everything was moved into the apartment within 45 minutes.

  Helper wasn't ready to work so I left him simple no big deal 1 move 3rd floor 10 foot truck I didn't have time to be late

• Great communication before and during the move. I was encouraged to ask questions and they responded to all promptly. They worked efficiently and quickly. They finished the move with time to spare. My only feedback is I wish they communicated to me that I should purchase more straps to secure my items. After they left and I checked the truck, I felt boxes were piled up very high without anything securing them and had to spend more time tying things down.

  We don't control the weather customer moved on a 100 percent rain day with a thunderstorm had us waiting outside in the rain for 20 minutes her straps were no good so I gave her mind free of charge they didn't attach to the railings in uhauls asked for water she gave us HOT water. Just a bad seed and day

• They refused to move me because I rescheduled due to a back injury I got while packing and moving things
