This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. The movers were supposed to be at the apartment I was moving from at 1pm. I had gotten a text a few minutes before they were supposed to arrive that said they were running a little behind. But 3pm came along and no one had arrived. I texted the number back and said that th movers were not there. The person on the other end said let me check. Then at 15 minutes after 3pmonly 1 mover arrived and the other 30 minutes later so you can imagine that they went over the time & had me Zelle them directly. They dropped and piece of furniture down the stairs and dropped a sofa on my toe. Clearly had no experience. I’ve moved before and I don’t have much to move. Usually it takes less than 2 hours to move my stuff. I contacted the owner with my dissatisfaction and he said that he would refund me the $80 that I had to Zelle the movers. He never did and won’t pick up my calls or respond to text messages.

The guys who helped unload my household items did an excellent job! They were punctual, professional, and very careful with all my belongings. Everything was handled efficiently and placed exactly where I wanted it.The team worked quickly but still took the time to make sure nothing was damaged. They were also friendly and respectful, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude — I’d definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with moving or unloading. Great job, and thank you!

Ray’s Moving did an awesome job moving my things from a storage unit to my new apartment. Even though they didn’t speak English, I was still able to communicate with them. I would highly recommend Ray’s Moving. They worked hard and were friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again for my moving needs.
