  Smooth & Professional Moving

  You get what you pay for! These young men are very manner-able, however, they broke my closet door and did not mention it. When I started unpacking, I’ve found a lot of broken glass items. They left a lot of boxes in different rooms that I ended up moving myself. I hired them for 3 hours, which they used part of that time to talk on their phones and talk to one another about going out that night and needing a haircut. You would think that when they got close to the time being up they would say something, but instead they charged me for an extra hour and the one in charge left without saying anything to me (which I find to be rude and unprofessional)! I thought I had found a company that was dependable and trustworthy, but I will not be using them again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else.

  Two extremely competent and polite movers. Introduced themselves on arrival. Excellent communication about ETA and labor. If they had a question, they asked. Pleasant small talk and conversation. Handled furniture with attention and care. Completed the unload in slightly over an hour, which took the previous moving company 6 hours to load. I would give them more stars if I could.
