• Faceless company utilizing a call center to handle customer service. Our move was delayed and rescheduled several days due to incompetent scheduling and failure to address the issue that delayed the move on the original day. Furthermore, the call center staff repeatedly asked for the PIN number prior to completion of the move. The movers were kind but inexperienced. Overall, this was our worst moving experience full of frustration and empty promises from the person answering your calls. No accountability or regard to customers time or circumstances. They will complete your move but on their own time and terms.

• They showed up 45 min late without notice until I called. One of my movers did not understand English well and kept making mistakes. Both of them didn’t understand basic directives such as , ‘Put the box in the kitchen.’ The box ended up in the bathroom! I had to help move to make up the slack. It was very stressful and not a good move.
