  This was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with Tetris. They arrived extremely late, which completely disrupted my travel plans. When they finally showed up, only one mover actually worked even though I paid for two. To make matters worse, they broke my brand-new desk and tried to hide it in the van so I wouldn’t notice. I asked for a refund for the missing helper and was told I’d receive it within 10 business days, but it never came. One of the movers, Mike, was involved, and whoever supervises him clearly shouldn’t have a job. I am beyond disappointed with their service and would never recommend them to anyone.   I was skeptical about hiring movers from the U-Haul site. But the price to load and unload my 26’ U-Haul truck was too good to pass up. To my surprise, Jeremiah and his buddy were absolutely amazing. They loaded the truck by themselves, and I didn’t have to supervise them, nor tell them how to load. They asked for moving blankets when needed. They walked the whole home and took inventory of all that needed to go into the truck. I gave them a big tip! I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, I would use this resource at U-Haul again. Bond
