Unfortunately, my experience with this provider was very disappointing. Several items were damaged during the move, including my couch and my dining room table. In addition, the movers caused visible damage to my wall, leaving cracks that were not present before the move. Another major concern was the handling of additional charges. One of the movers requested that I send extra payment directly to him via Zelle for additional hours instead of processing the payment through the official platform. As a woman alone in my home with two movers present, I felt uncomfortable and pressured to comply in order to avoid conflict. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and left me with damaged furniture and property. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that someone contact me regarding compensation for the damaged items and wall repairs. I am able to provide photos and further details if needed.
