  • The movers dropped 5 of my medium sized moving boxes. They stacked all 5 on the dolly and they all fell while going down the 3 steps off the front porch. Items sounded as if glass had broken. He said he would note it on his paperwork. Also, the older gentleman came in and out of my house while smoking a cigarette.

    Thank you for your honest review, once again I apologize about the boxes falling off the dolly. Please do inform me if anything has broken when your items get to your destination so that I may reimburse you for any broken items. I do believe my employee had put out the cigarette before coming back inside but I will have a talk with him about that. I do hope the rest of your move goes well.
