• Movers late, unprofessional and smell. Broke serval items during the move. Late to load and very late to unload. Would not book again. Broke a very valuable item during transport.

• Do not use these movers u have been warned! Legacy Moving and Storage was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. It took the movers 5 hours to load a one-bedroom storage unit, and when they arrived at my apartment, they unloaded only a few items before saying they were tired and would return the next day. They were drinking on the job, which I found very unprofessional. They also told me to add extra time directly with them instead of calling the U-Haul business line. They asked for the payment release code before the job was complete, and unfortunately, I gave it to them. The next morning, they texted saying I should find someone else because they were busy with other moves. They never returned to finish the job, and a sentimental piece of furniture is now missing and cannot be replaced. I am extremely frustrated and would not recommend this company.

• Our movers were exceptional. They did not waste any time packing our four bedroom house from one location to the next. They were polite & professional throughout the entire move and I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.
