Leo and his team (Alex & Keyenza) did an excellent job packing and loading the moving truck. They make the extra effort to wrap and tape my furniture and other valuable objects, and I do have a lot of boxes with books (which are heavy) the truck was perfectly balanced. Leo and his team are friendly and professional, and it also helps to have some cold soft drinks on hand, especially on a warm day. Also make sure you have enough blankets and tape - I had 3 dozen blankets and all were used. I also had rope to help secure the load. All in, a good experience and I would recommend Leo and his team.
