• They had no sense of how to load things to puzzle things together and maximize space. They didn't know to spread out the weight between sides of the trailer, and they scratched up a lot of my furniture despite my giving them blankets. Even though I moved everything into my storage unit in the same sized trailer, they did such a bad job packing that I had to get rid of a dresser and wine rack because we would have had to pull everything out to start over to make them fit but they used up too much time. Very friendly but not competent packers.

  Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. When we arrived, it was clear the volume of items would be difficult to fit into the trailer. We communicated this and asked you to prioritize what was most important due to limited space. We did our best to maximize every inch while handling your belongings with care. However, when space is limited and the goal is to fit as much as possible, it can lead to very tight packing and some contact between items, especially with limited protective materials. We used all available blankets, but they were not enough to fully cover everything. Our role was loading and we followed standard efficient practices within the constraints of the job. Balancing space and protection in this situation is always challenging. We are sorry you are unhappy with the outcome, but we respectfully disagree that it reflects lack of competence. Given the trailer size and volume, this was within realistic limit
