  • The mover was unable to help on Friday because he has a regular job. Smooth Move did not tell us this. I called the Smooth Move main number a couple of days prior to the move, and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. This scheduling issue was inconvenient for us, and I hope it is resolved for future movers. Despite the issue with U-Haul and Smooth Move scheduling and communication issues, the movers themselves were WONDERFUL! They were punctual, professional, and very quick! Tyler really knows how to pack a box! He worked to organize all of the fragile boxes and heavy boxes, to keep our antique sewing machine table from moving during transit, and even moved the boxes lower (U-box was not completely filled) to increase stability! I highly recommend Tyler and his helper for a move!
