  • Worst moving experience I have ever had! One arrived on time, one half hour late with no text or call until I reached out to them. After 45mins, 3 things had made it to the truck. Movers had to be told multiple times to use the dollies and moving squares rather then moving one box at a time. Rather then load the elevator, they put 1 or 2 items at a time. Wandered around in circles just looking at things, spent a bunch of time just talking in the hallway, saying how they had no other jobs today so no rush. After 3 hours of this, they claimed there was 'no way they could have moved it all in 3hrs' and I had to add hours just to get it done. For context this was a 1 bedroom apartment with an elevator on service to ensure access (and the unloaders next day accomplished it in 1.5hrs, and they had to take furniture and bookcases down narrow stairs with low ceilings). Would never recommend this company to anyone.

  • Marlon and Lokesh did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and were very efficient, friendly, and careful with my items. We were moving into the house, and just had the house cleaned professionally the morning of, so they took off their shoes every trip into the house! It was much appreciated. Highly recommend Reliable Moving Company.
