• First, the good things - very good communication, on time and packed the van perfectly as not a thing moved during the 2.5 hour journey. Great ! Not so good things - One of the helper came wearing flip flops and probably that was the reason they were working slow. We had to lift some of the stuff ourselves through the staircase to speed up the work as the helpers were working sluggishly. I told them the lift was not the best as it’s an older apartment building and they would be better off using the staircase. If I can lift things up and down the staircase, I expected they could have done the same with some of the furniture stuff, versus loading it on to dolly and then trying to fit into a small elevator and then getting it out, was wastage of time in my opinion. Bottomline is that as professionals one should know how to customize to different work conditions.

• While the movers were polite the service left me with permanent damage and major disappointment. I watched from my balcony as my brand new mattress cover purchased that same morning was torn while my mattress was dragged down a dirty ramp. No one addressed it until I yelled for them to stop. My pillows were on the elevator floor one section of my couch arrived damp and my 75 inch TV now has a black scuff mark that was not there before. The couch power function no longer works and a large gap appeared between the back and seat. I also received a vague unidentified text the night before at 1118 pm that delayed my move by over an hour due to a miscommunication. I was never asked about a third mover being added and noticed inefficiencies and standing around during unloading. When I brought up these issues I was told there would be no refund and blame was placed on missing equipment and not using their own truck. I expected professionalism but did not receive it.

• These guys were fantastic! Mason and Zach were courtesy and friendly and got right to it.It poured down rain, they trudged through a muddy driveway to get it done! Everything was loaded with care, I would recommend this company to everyone!
