• Overall good given the price you pay. The moving team is patient, friendly, and efficient. The only thing that disappointed me was that the movers seem a little weak for what they do. They dropped my couch onto grass when unloading it from the truck. It got dirty and hard to clean. I don't think the couch is that heavy, but they then requested to disassemble it into parts before taking them into my apartment which is about 10 steps away without stairs. Later when I tried to re-assemble the couch, I found some screw still attached there which should have been released before the couch was disassembled, which led me to believe that they took the couch into parts by brutal force---something you don't want to happen to your delicate and expensive furniture. Another thing was that the movers arrived one hour late for my scheduled time. I understand it for the New York traffic, and did not count it in my rating. But it was just unpleasant.

• This is my second time using JumpStart Moving, and I'm glad chose to work with them again. The crew did a great job! They were pleasant, professional, efficient, and communicative. Highly recommended!
