Disappointed. Called us the day prior saying they double booked and asked to start at 915am. The next morning they didn't show up until 1045am. Keep in mind, we had to make multiple calls as they initially said Sat AM, it would be 945 because of construction, then at 955 they said about 20 minutes... Then when it was time to load, they just threw everything in with zero strategy. Didn't fit everything in so had to make an extra trip the next morning. To top it off, many things were damaged and broken.

We are truly sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience unfortunately heavy road construction and traffic delays outside our control caused us to arrive later than planned and we understand how frustrating that must have been and when it came time to load we did our best to carefully pack the truck and ensure your items were handled with care in situations where customers assist with loading it can sometimes affect how everything fits and travels in the truck but please know our crew always prioritizes protecting belongings
