  • Very unprofessional. Showed up in sandals and baggy pants that kept falling down. One of the workers asked if they could have one of my belongings because I had a duplicate. Kept taking breaks and standing around and sat in the car for a period of time stating they needed a break because it was too hot, but showed up in sweatpants. Had to keep repeating instructions on which items to move and what to move next. Paid for three hours and barely half a medium uhaul loaded. Didn't want to help load heavy items and then attempted to scam us following. Tried to charge us an extra $240 fee on Cashapp for helping to move two heavy items that we also helped lift. Uhaul stated the charge wasn't allowed and only Uhaul fees were to be paid. The scam was reported to Uhaul. Would not hire them again. Only plus is they showed up quickly, although they weren't available during the time-frame we originally requested. Stated they would forget the scam payment in exchange for a 5 star review.

    We respectfully disagree with this review and the claim that our company tried to scam anyone. This was a last minute booking around 11 40 and we arrived within approximately an hour. Before arriving, I asked about unusually heavy items and discussed them with the customers husband. Upon arrival, we encountered very difficult working conditions. Roaches were crawling throughout the home and across the floors. There was dog hair and dog urine on the floors, along with puppy pads throughout the work area. A two year old child was crawling on these same floors while we were trying to move furniture, creating serious safety concerns. We asked the customer to remove clothing and personal belongings from furniture so we could safely move it. She became upset and began yelling at our crew. Despite these conditions, we continued trying to complete the move safely. We strongly disagree with and dispute being characterized as scammers.
