To continue, when my box was delivered, the man delivering +4 hours late and was on the phone the entire time, not making for a very friendly experience. The UBOX itself was in great condition. No issues there. However when we started loading the UBOX it fell while my friend was in it loading... the person who dropped it off did NOT put down the trailer kickstand all the way NOR did they put in the safety pin. The UBOX fell forward onto the ground while my friend was in it. Thank go no one got hurt. We knew Moving help wouldn't respond given the mornings events, thankfully I had 2 friends there & while I stood on the back of the ubox, they manually had to deadlift the trailer back up into position and put down the kickstand to get the UBOX back in the air... again, THANK GOD no one got hurt. I can't imagine if I had kids around and the Ubox or trailer had fell on them or if we hadn't been able to get box back in air. Again the pick up was 6pm and they showed up 7pm. Horrible experience
