  The company was very communicative with me on planning for the packing help. The helpers showed up right on time and were friendly. They packed all our kitchen items and large photos on the wall.

  Although the person behind the ZT Gmail, and text messages was accommodating initially, the two young men that came out to pack my.items were not helpful at all! I hired them for two hours they were done in one, and pointed out several pieces of furniture they said would not fit. They tossed in five bags of furniture blankets unopened that filled up a big space. The men were sent back to fix the mess, however, they only brought two heavy items down to the U box and stuffed them in on top of everything. Upon inspection afterwards, the heavy, items were not covered with blankets. I attempted to reach out to ZT furniture. I received no response whatsoever. My furniture is traveling 1300 miles There is nothing covered in protective blankets. Furniture is leaning against each other on top of boxes marked fragile. Nothing has been offered to rectify this issue. I am left on my own to figure it out.

  These guys were amazing. They were very helpful and really knowledgeable about loading the truck. Will use their loaders again.
