Extremely disappointing and profoundly unprofessional experience. We contracted this company for 4 hours at $90 an hour, yet they worked approximately 3 hours and refused to reimburse the unused hour. We were also charged an excessive $300 stair fee for only 17 steps, which they characterized as three flights. Our furniture was carelessly scraped against the walls, demonstrating a serious lack of diligence and respect for our property. One mover repeatedly complained about the stairs throughout the job. More concerning, the tall mover had an overwhelming marijuana odor, and his behavior gave me reason to question whether he was impaired. His conduct was also highly inappropriate, he repeatedly made interactions I interpreted as flirtatious toward me in the presence of my husband. I contracted professional movers not someone to flirt with me in my home. I am disputing $390 in charges, which they have refused to reimburse. I strongly caution customers to obtain every charge in writing.
